Called to order 11:10am

· Amanda Timberlake noted that this is no longer “faculty committee” and that the review process needs more oversight to prevent overlap in courses content (then noted that we must trust the assistant deans to do their due diligence).

· Adam Janiak asked if we will have the chance to review changes in syllabi that are recommended to be changed during our meetings before final approval is given.

· After discussion with the entire group, Paula Billups plans to revise programs/ specializations to ensure that the last class taken is appropriate (in terms of course numbering and prerequisites needed).

· A common comment is that SLOs should be numbered on all syllabi.

· Paula Billups will revise syllabi and course descriptions mentioned after discussing with Greg Ware.
